We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary 3D Creative with expertise in Cinema 4D to craft exceptional visual storytelling within the world of Formula 1. This role goes beyond standard 3D modelling, requiring a brilliant creative mind capable of pushing boundaries in how we visualise our cars, environments, and activations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is represented across multiple platforms, from high-impact marketing visuals to immersive, next-generation digital experiences.

Main Duties:
- 3D Modelling & Visualisation – Craft high-quality, detailed models of our F1 cars, pit lanes, team environments, and trackside activations, ensuring they meet both technical and artistic standards.
- Creative Storytelling & Ideation – Develop visually striking assets that captivate audiences and convey our team’s identity, performance, and heritage in new and innovative ways.
- Animation & Motion Design – Create dynamic animations to showcase car aerodynamics, technical innovations, and team activations, bringing our stories to life through motion.
- Realism & Immersion – Implement advanced texturing, shading, and lighting techniques to create photorealistic renderings that enhance fan engagement.
- Collaboration Across Departments – Work closely with branding, commercial, and sponsorship teams to align visuals with business objectives and partner activations.
- Real-Time & Immersive Experiences – Adapt 3D assets for AR/VR applications, motion graphics, and interactive digital content to push the boundaries of audience engagement.
- Technical Integration – Interpret CAD models and integrate technical data into creative visual assets while ensuring the balance between aesthetic appeal and engineering accuracy.
- Exploration of New Technologies – Stay ahead of emerging trends in 3D design, rendering engines, and digital experiences to continuously elevate our creative output.
- Consistency in Branding – Ensure all 3D assets align with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
- Problem Solving & Rapid Iteration – Ability to work under tight deadlines, troubleshoot technical challenges, and iterate quickly to refine creative concepts.

Qualifications
- 5 year industry experience, Degree / higher in 3D design or similar vocation
- Expertise in Cinema 4D, with advanced skills in modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Experience in VR/AR and real-time rendering tools (Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender, etc.).
- Knowledge of procedural modelling and parametric design to explore advanced workflows.
- Basic rigging and animation for vehicle motion and aerodynamics visualisation.
- Graphic design and branding experience, particularly in motorsport liveries.
- Experience with interactive content creation, such as web-based 3D experiences or digital twin technology
- Experience with high-end rendering engines (Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or similar).
- Strong understanding of motorsport design, aerodynamics, and race environments.
- Ability to create both photorealistic and stylised 3D assets, adapting to different creative needs.
- Knowledge of animation principles and motion graphics to create engaging visual narratives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator) for compositing, texturing, and post-production enhancement.
- Experience working with CAD models and translating them into visually striking, brand-consistent assets.
- Strong artistic sensibility and ability to balance realism, aesthetics, and technical accuracy.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
