You will be part of a large team of skilled machinists working at pace to deliver high-quality CNC programmes and precision engineered metallic components, driving performance on track throughout the season. During the build season you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating multi-axis machines to produce and inspect complex parts with diligence, playing your part in the demanding task of building a new race car. You will use your skills and experience in programming and on CNC machining centres to manufacture car components, pit equipment and parts for our Heritage cars. - Create CNC programs and machine components using supplied drawings and CAD files.
- Maintain accurate program and tooling records.
- Support leadership and engineers to optimize machine tool efficiency.
- Inspect parts to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to health and safety compliance in the workshop.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Experienced craftsperson with Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Skilled in machining small batch precision components in motorsport/aerospace environments.
- Proficient in programming using Edgecam or OPENMIND CAM software.
- Experience with virtual machine or simulation tools.
- Extensive experience with Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc control systems.
