Formula 1 is seeking a Senior Paddock Operations Manager to join our Event Operations team. You will oversee day-to-day event delivery, lead on-site operations, and drive projects from development through completion to deliver paddock branding and grid ceremony infrastructure to an F1 standard.
You will manage a team of Paddock Operations Managers and a coordinator, collaborate with internal departments, and coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure world-class fan engagement.
