Motorsport Planning & Warehouse Manager

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the successful delivery of Pirelli’s motorsport operations. The position involves the detailed planning and coordination of personnel, tyres, equipment, and warehouse activity to ensure everything is prepared and available when required.

Although the role includes responsibility for warehouse operations, this is not a traditional high-volume warehouse management position. The primary focus is forward planning, operational coordination and ensuring that Pirelli’s motorsport programmes are supported accurately, safely and efficiently.

  • Support the Property Manager with the coordination of building maintenance.
  • Manage Health and Safety requirements within the facility, including monitoring, compliance and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, planning and efficiency.
  • Provide flexibility during busy periods to ensure time-critical work is completed.

About you

You will be a highly organised and proactive manager who is comfortable coordinating multiple operational requirements at the same time. You will understand the importance of accuracy, preparation and clear communication within a time-sensitive motorsport environment.

You must be self-motivated, able to think ahead and capable of motivating others to maintain consistently high operational standards.
