Red Bull Powertrains is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Dimensional Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team as we progress through our first‑ever racing season with a fully Red Bull designed power unit. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of quality across every stage of engine development, from initial build through to race ready performance. Your expertise will directly support the delivery of a power unit engineered to compete at the front of the 2026 Formula One grid, helping us push the limits of precision, reliability, and performance.

Shift: Tues to Fri Nights, 16:30pm - 02:45am

You will carry out Dimensional Inspection for the supply of Powertrain components. This challenging position requires effective teamwork, clear communication, initiative, intelligent judgment, achieving and maintaining production efficiency and most importantly, an unwavering dedication to the quality of our products.

The role:

  • Identify non-conforming components, completion of Inspection reports and deliver accurate information to enable best decision making.
  • Ensure that data provided is 100% reliable and accurate information is entered into the business systems correctly.
  • Accurately write non-conformance reports to capture any dimensional or visual defects on engine components.
  • Carry out daily calibration of required equipment.

To be successful you will need to have previous experience within a similar role ideally within Automotive/Aerospace or precision engineering. Having hands on experience with complex components such as Heads, Blocks, Crankshafts and Gears would be beneficial. You will need extensive knowledge of GD&T and knowledge of CMM’s. Having previous exposure to Talysurf & Quindos would be advantageous.
