Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley, UK is seeking a motivated Composite Fitter to join the Composite Fitting Shop on an early/late shift. This fixed-term contract runs from January 2027 to May 2027, with rotating shifts from 06:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30, Monday to Friday.
You will trim, fit and bond carbon fibre components to engineering drawings, assemble moulds and fixtures, and uphold the highest quality standards while meeting demanding lead times.
