The Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a No.1 Race Team Mechanic based at the factory with the potential for trackside support at selected Formula 1 events. You will oversee pit equipment, manage builds, and drive reliability improvements across factory and race operations.
You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and Power Unit teams, leading complex projects and ensuring readiness for race events while maintaining safety, quality, and accountability across all activities.
