The Cadillac Formula 1® Team are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our new Silverstone facility. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations while providing administrative support to various departments. This role is critical for ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the organisation.

  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
  • Ensure the Front of House security protocols are followed as per company policies and procedures
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and email enquiries in an efficient manner
  • Handle enquiries with a strong customer service mindset
  • Assist with procurement and purchase administration as required
  • Support various departments as needed with administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Driven by high performance
  • Previous experience as a Guest Experience/Front of House professional or in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • A welcoming and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
