Purpose of the Role

Support the full lifecycle of electronic systems for our Formula 1 programme, from build and calibration to maintenance and fault resolution. You'll deliver high-performance on-car instrumentation and drive improvements in data quality, reliability, and system efficiency.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Prepare and maintain precision sensors and instrumentation
  • Ensure reliability, serviceability, and data integrity
  • Collaborate across teams and with suppliers
  • Drive process and cost improvements
  • Maintain compliance with FIA and safety standards

Job requirements Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Motorsport, automotive, or aerospace electronics background
  • Skilled in harness assembly, soldering, and test equipment
  • Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and surface‑mount components
  • Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, and high‑speed comms
  • Knowledge of F1 environments and safe handling practices
  • CAD experience and mentoring background a plus
