Purpose of the Role
Support the full lifecycle of electronic systems for our Formula 1 programme, from build and calibration to maintenance and fault resolution. You'll deliver high-performance on-car instrumentation and drive improvements in data quality, reliability, and system efficiency.
Principal Accountabilities
- Prepare and maintain precision sensors and instrumentation
- Ensure reliability, serviceability, and data integrity
- Collaborate across teams and with suppliers
- Drive process and cost improvements
- Maintain compliance with FIA and safety standards
Job requirements Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Motorsport, automotive, or aerospace electronics background
- Skilled in harness assembly, soldering, and test equipment
- Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and surface‑mount components
- Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, and high‑speed comms
- Knowledge of F1 environments and safe handling practices
- CAD experience and mentoring background a plus
