Ford Credit Europe is in the middle of a major tech transformation. As part of this, a brand-new dealer facing finance tool is being rolled out across Europe to ensure the dealer experience is the best it can be and ultimately serves the customer efficiently. Ford Credit is searching for a Group Product Manager, who will lead a team of product managers to enhance our dealer tool in the UK and rollout the new tool across the rest of Europe starting in Germany. This is a highly visible and critical role as it’s the main entry point into our modernised tech platform, drawing attention from the execs of Ford Credit globally. The main customers will be dealers using the tool in their dealership and our end customers who will be impacted by the dealer flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for the delivery and growth of our dealer tool known as ‘Ford Finance’, ensuring it is serving dealers appropriately and has the right roadmap to address future needs.
- Collaborate with and lead a diverse team of product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders across Europe.
- Manage a diverse team across multiple geographies to ensure effective collaboration and communication while enhancing and maintaining the core platform.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and prioritise platform goals.
- Apply your technical skills to guide the development of new features while managing and hardening the existing platform to ensure robustness and efficiency.
- Set and communicate a clear product roadmap; make strategic prioritisation decisions that maximise impact and align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse competitor offerings and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance dealer capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the dealer and customer experience, while considering impacts on operational teams.
- Work closely with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure the overarching product vision is achieved.
- Turn business and customer challenges into opportunities for innovation and measurable improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful launches that ensure an exceptional internal and external customer experience.
- Define, instrument, and track key metrics; use quantitative and qualitative insights to ensure enhancements solve real customer problems and deliver value.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in a product role: Advanced-level product management skills, demonstrated by delivering multiple products into production with significant adoption.
- Exceptional communication: Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, engineers, and product leadership; able to tailor your message to the audience.
- Able to manage a complex stakeholder environment, developing processes and ceremonies to keep stakeholders aligned and to elicit appropriate input.
- You empathise deeply with customers and truly understand their challenges.
- You use data to guide decision-making and priorities.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
