We are looking for a Build Technician Apprentice to join our team in Silverstone. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in motorsport engineering. The successful candidate will support the build and assembly of high-performance components for our Formula One race cars under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
· Assist in the assembly of mechanical components following technical procedures.
· Learn and apply best practices for component installation, adjustments and quality checks.
· Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and problem-solving during the build process.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
· Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to expand knowledge and skills.
