Ford Credit UK is looking for a proactive and engaging Training Specialist to support the delivery of our annual training strategy across the UK dealer network. In this role, you’ll help drive dealer performance and sales success by providing expert training on Ford Credit products, digital tools, and compliance essentials.
Working closely with our UK Training Manager and wider internal teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative training solutions that enhance dealer capability, strengthen customer engagement, and align with evolving market and regulatory trends.
Responsibilities- Support the UK Training Manager in designing and implementing Ford Credit’s annual training strategy.
- Help deliver monthly and annual sales objectives, including volume, penetration, renewal and retention targets.
- Provide best‑in‑class training to Dealer Groups on Ford Credit and Ford Lease products, digital tools, and customer engagement platforms.
- Collaborate closely with FCB Sales teams to analyse dealer feedback and identify emerging training needs.
- Work with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Insurance, Operations) to align training content with business priorities.
- Stay up to date with industry, regulatory and market developments to ensure training remains current and impactful.
- Build strong relationships across the dealer network to understand sales processes and best practices.
- Ensure technical compliance is embedded across training materials.
- Deliver induction training for new Ford Credit sales team members.
- Partner with Henry Ford Academy and external suppliers to manage and evolve the dealer training syllabus.
- Oversee annual completion of the Specialist Automotive Finance Expert qualification for FCE employees.
- Support Ford of Britain product launches with expert training input and coordination of field-based sessions.
- Monitor MS Teams channels to identify support needs and operational training priorities.
- Support marketing activities through competitor analysis and insight generation.
- Sales experience or strong operational expertise.
- Confidence using technology to build relationships and drive business performance.
- Experience with CRM platforms and digital tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- A customer‑centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
