The Motorsport Competence Group (Team Rowe Racing) is looking for motivated and flexible race team mechanics at our headquarters in St. Ingbert, Germany. We offer you a permanent position in a positive and performance-oriented working environment with diverse tasks, performance-related compensation, flexible working hours, flat hierarchies, and the possibility of further development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the build and preparation of our GT cars to the required specification
  • Responsible for the build and preparation of car sub-assemblies
  • Responsible for the build and preparation of car support equipment
  • Being a key team member during pit stops where precision and pace is expected

Qualifications:

  • You are just as passionate about motorsport as we are and share our passion for competition
  • Automotive mechatronics engineer or degree in an equivalent technical field
  • Initial experience in motorsport would be desirable, but is not mandatory
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
  • High willingness to travel
  • Team spirit
  • Knowledge of English & German desirable
