Motorsave Limited is looking for a Workshop Parts Administrator to join our Parts team, supplying our own workshop across Ford, Fiat Professional, Citroën LCV, Peugeot LCV and Vauxhall LCV. No external or trade counter sales — this is purely workshop-facing.
The role:
- Processing parts invoices
- Sourcing parts via manufacturer catalogues, including one-use parts required for the job
- Stock control across Stellantis and Ford lines
- Managing surcharge and warranty part returns
- Picking parts for WIP quotations and warranty repairs
What we need from you:
- Parts department background, or solid vehicle component knowledge
- Confident with parts catalogues
- Keyloop or CDK (Kerridge) experience strongly preferred

All in a stable, established dealer group. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start/finish times between 7.30am and 5.30pm. One Saturday a month required (half day), paid at 1.5x rate.
