Motorsave Limited is looking for a Workshop Parts Administrator to join our Parts team, supplying our own workshop across Ford, Fiat Professional, Citroën LCV, Peugeot LCV and Vauxhall LCV. No external or trade counter sales — this is purely workshop-facing.

The role:

  • Processing parts invoices
  • Sourcing parts via manufacturer catalogues, including one-use parts required for the job
  • Stock control across Stellantis and Ford lines
  • Managing surcharge and warranty part returns
  • Picking parts for WIP quotations and warranty repairs

What we need from you:

  • Parts department background, or solid vehicle component knowledge
  • Confident with parts catalogues
  • Keyloop or CDK (Kerridge) experience strongly preferred

All in a stable, established dealer group. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible start/finish times between 7.30am and 5.30pm. One Saturday a month required (half day), paid at 1.5x rate.
