We are currently seeking a strong Onboarding Executive to join our Commercial team.

Reports To: Onboarding Team Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid

About the role:

  • You will welcome new B2B accounts to the MOTORS & Cazoo platforms and introduce customers to their advertising packages.
  • Support customers through the onboarding journey, providing both product knowledge and completing technical processes to set up their account in a timely manner.
  • You will drive solutions, escalating any technical issues and ensure the next steps are communicated to the customer.
  • Driving a customer-powered approach, you will ensure that customers have the necessary information and technical support to get their advertising live in line with internal SLA’s.
  • A role with autonomy, owning end-to-end onboarding process including outbound and inbound calls, case management, feed set up and sales support.

The Financials:

  • Fair Pay: We benchmark every role using Ravio and run annual performance and pay reviews to ensure we are always competitive in the market.
  • Sales Commission: An opportunity to earn great annual commissions.
  • Serious future commitment: We more than match your commitment to the future, when you contribute 6%, we put in 9%, taking your total up to 15% of your base salary.

Time Off:

  • 25 days (Plus Bank Holidays) to start. We reward loyalty: +2 days after 2 years, plus an extra day for every year after (reaching a 30-day max).
  • Hybrid setup - we gather at our Richmond riverside office every Tuesday & Wednesday for collaboration; the rest is up to you.
  • Maternity/Pregnant Parent Leave: 20 weeks at 100% pay.
  • Paternity/Non-birth Parent Leave: 12 weeks at 100% pay.
  • Volunteer Days: We offer 2 volunteer days a year so you can help out wherever matters to you.
