As Senior Product Analyst, you will own how we measure success, shape the frameworks that guide product decisions, and lead others to embed data-driven thinking across our product teams.
OverviewYou will move seamlessly from strategic thinking to hands-on delivery; defining scalable frameworks to drive experimentation maturity and product measurement, partnering with senior stakeholders to turn insight into meaningful business impact, and coaching others to raise the bar on how we use data to learn fast and scale what works.
You will be a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, and Marketing – influencing decisions through clarity, storytelling, and commercial insight.
Responsibilities- Own and define the development of core product metrics, KPIs, and success measurement frameworks – ensuring alignment with OKRs and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting, and experimentation frameworks to provide clear, real-time visualisation for internal stakeholders.
- Lead and influence post-launch reviews of product initiatives, delivering actionable recommendations and identifying opportunities for iteration and optimisation.
- Analyse product performance (engagement, conversion, retention, funnel drop-offs) to identify behavioural patterns, pain points and opportunities.
- Apply advanced analytical methods – cohort, funnel, and churn modelling – to guide strategic roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Run and interpret ad-hoc analyses to support hypothesis testing, product discovery, and experimentation outcomes.
- Use tools such as Hotjar, GA, Looker, and SQL to translate data into clear, persuasive stories that influence product and leadership decisions.
- Define and own our data taxonomy and event tracking standards, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across products – identify and close gaps in our data maturity by designing solutions that improve data quality, accessibility, and speed to insight.
- Shape discovery processes with Product Managers to validate hypotheses, size opportunities, and measure the impact of new initiatives – influence strategic trade-offs through analytical rigour and data-driven storytelling, ensuring focus on what drives the biggest outcomes.
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights that shape product, commercial, and customer strategies.
- Champion a data-driven culture across Product and the wider business – embedding curiosity, rigour, and evidence-based decision making.
- Enable and coach non-technical stakeholders through self-serve analytics, empowering them to confidently use data in their day-to-day decisions.
- Mentor colleagues across teams to elevate analytical capability and foster shared accountability for product impact.
- Experienced Product Analyst with proven ability to influence strategy and decision making through data.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, experimentation design and statistical analysis.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Looker, and web/product analytics platforms (Hotjar, GA).
- Ability to build scalable reporting, experimentation, and data-visualisation frameworks to provide clear, real-time insights for stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – you can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
