  • We are looking for
  • Head of Product B2B
  • Reports To: Chief Product Officer

Location

Richmond UK, Hybrid

About the role

The Head of B2B Product will lead the dealer side of the Cazoo marketplace, reporting into the CPO and taking ownership of our B2B product strategy and team.

The role centres on

Dealer Centre , our dealer-facing platform, alongside dealer retention, lead quality, sales attribution and self-serve monetisation.

This person will be responsible for moving the team beyond simply delivering requirements and towards understanding dealer problems, shaping a compelling product vision and driving measurable customer and commercial outcomes.

You’ll work closely with dealers of different sizes, Commercial, Engineering and Design to understand customer needs, define priorities and make clear product trade-offs.

Key areas of ownership include

  • Defining and delivering the vision for Dealer Centre as the daily performance platform dealers rely on to understand and grow their business with Cazoo.
  • Making Cazoo’s value more visible through sales attribution, lead performance, benchmarking and market insight.
  • Improving dealer retention through stronger onboarding, packaging, insight and performance visibility.
  • Shaping our approach to DMS, stock-feed and data partners across the automotive ecosystem.
  • Driving self-serve growth through package upgrades, increased stock penetration and visibility products.
  • Leading and developing the B2B Product team, creating clarity, alignment and accountability around priorities.
  • Building a culture of experimentation, continuous learning and evidence-based product delivery.

This is a lean environment with limited layers and significant personal ownership, so the role requires someone comfortable combining strategic thinking with pragmatism and pace.

Success in the first year would mean Dealer Centre becoming a platform dealers rely on regularly, sales teams having clear data that proves Cazoo’s value, measurable improvements in dealer retention, and self-serve revenue starting to grow.

  • What we ideally looking for;
  • Strong product leadership experience in

B2B Saa S or a two-sided marketplace , ideally where the health of the supply side, seller, partner or merchant ecosystem is critical to the business.

  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to turn customer, dealer and sales insight into clear product priorities.
  • Clear evidence of delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue, retention, adoption, engagement or customer growth , rather than simply shipping features.
  • Strong grounding in both quantitative and qualitative product discovery , balanced with pragmatism and pace.
  • The ability to deliver immediate improvements while also building towards a coherent long-term product vision and platform.
  • Experience working with third-party integrations, data providers or external partnerships outside your direct control.
  • Confidence working with and challenging senior stakeholders across Commercial, Engineering and Design.
  • Comfort operating in a challenger environment, making bold product decisions with imperfect information and finding differentiated ways to compete against established incumbents.
  • Experience leading and developing Product people, ideally having already line-managed a small Product team.
  • Strong enough technical understanding to operate effectively around areas such as APIs, data integrations, dealer systems and product analytics, while remaining fundamentally a Product leader.
