The role
Cazoo's dealer business is growing.
This hire exists to make sure our marketing keeps pace with it and that the sales teams always have what they need to have better conversations with dealers.
- What you'll be working on
- Campaigns
- Build and run always-on activity across paid and organic social, email, trade press and online, with the goal of raising awareness and driving inbound leads from dealers.
You'll manage end-to-end production of newsletters, trend reports, audience insight and product updates, brief agencies where needed, and use GA4 and Salesforce to track what's working and adjust accordingly.
- Brand and content
- You're the brand guardian for Cazoo B2B.
That means consistency across every touchpoint, Linked In, You Tube, the B2B website, paid media, and anything the sales team puts in front of a dealer.
You'll manage organic social and work with the growth team on paid channels.
- Events
- Own B2B events from brief to post-event reporting.
- Sales Support
- This is a big part of the job.
You'll be the go-to for sales teams on brand, collateral and campaign questions, present in weekly sales meetings and All Hands, producing and maintaining master sales decks, video collateral and case studies, and keeping centralised resources organised and current.
- One thing worth saying plainly, there's no Marketing Executive in the business.
Some of the work will be admin.
That's the reality of where we are, and we'd rather be upfront about it than leave it as a footnote.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in a fast-paced B2B environment, delivering marketing, social and campaign activity
- A track record of driving inbound lead generation across online and offline channels
- Strong creative instincts and rigorous attention to detail on tone of voice and brand consistency
- Confident with campaign analysis and performance reporting, GA4 and Salesforce in particular
- Solid understanding of digital marketing: organic and paid social (Linked In especially), email/CRM and partnerships
- Experienced at briefing and managing agencies
- A self-starter who's comfortable pitching ideas to senior stakeholders and following them through
- Useful but not essential
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next
- Experience in automotive, retail or another fast-moving consumer brand
