We’re looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to act as the strategic bridge between our Salesforce development team and the wider business. In this role, you will facilitate the delivery of Salesforce solutions that directly support our strategic goals, ensuring the platform evolves in alignment with business priorities.

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the Salesforce product backlog, capturing business requirements, and facilitating smooth delivery across agile sprints and project cycles. This is a pivotal role that combines business engagement, agile delivery management, and product ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and strategic priorities.
- Map out end-to-end business processes, analysing and identifying areas for improvement or automation through Salesforce.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business including Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to understand business requirements.
- Ensure that business users are informed and prepared for platform changes, working with training or change teams as needed.
- Own and manage the Salesforce Jira backlog, ensuring all user stories and tickets are well-documented, prioritised, and ready for development.
- Act as the voice of the Salesforce product in meetings, key updates and broader project sessions, ensuring business goals are clearly communicated and represented in decision-making.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and features (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Skilled at stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into actionable plans.
- Adept at documentation and visualisation of process and customer journey flows.
- Confident in managing a product backlog and running agile ceremonies using tools such as Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
