We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Executive to join the MOTORS & Cazoo team. You are the engine room of our operational integrity. This role is about more than just managing a queue; it’s about ensuring our systems move as fast as our ambitions. You will be the go-to for technical resolutions, ensuring that we are accurate, compliant, and moving toward a win for our customers.

About the role
- Operational Integrity & Compliance: Own the daily case workload, ensuring all requests are handled within SLAs with precision and speed. Review and verify sales opportunities. You are the final check for accuracy and compliance before a deal moves forward. Regular cleanup and maintenance to ensure our CRM remains a single source of truth.
- Technical Problem Solving: Navigate back-office systems to resolve complex technical hurdles that stall the sales process. Act as the technical mediator between third-party partners and internal teams to solve technical issues.
- Process Evolution & Partnership: Work alongside central support and internal leadership to elevate critical blockers and streamline communication. Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at driving efficiency and establishing "best-in-class" operational practices.
