We are currently seeking a strong Onboarding Executive to join our Commercial team.
Reports To: Onboarding Team Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid
About the role:
- You will welcome new B2B accounts to the MOTORS & Cazoo platforms and introduce customers to their advertising packages.
- Support customers through the onboarding journey, providing both product knowledge and completing technical processes to set up their account in a timely manner.
- You will drive solutions, escalating any technical issues and ensure the next steps are communicated to the customer.
- Driving a customer-powered approach, you will ensure that customers have the necessary information and technical support to get their advertising live in line with internal SLAs.
- A role with autonomy, owning end-to-end onboarding process including outbound and inbound calls, case management, feed set up and sales support.
