Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store.
  • Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
  • Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates.
  • Spot opportunities to upsell products and services.
  • Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques, typically running for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed.
  • The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability.
  • Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position.
