Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store.
- Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates.
- Spot opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques, typically running for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed.
- The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability.
- Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position.
