Responsibilities
- Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at store
- Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate needs
- Complete face‑to‑face quotes on chosen and recommended vehicles in line with customer needs
- Upsell relevant products and finance where applicable
- Complete the handover process ensuring a high level of customer service
- Liaise with other key departments to ensure outstanding service and manage expectations
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Proven track record of sales or excellent customer service
- Experience in a sales environment or working to targets is beneficial
- Experience selling financial products beneficial, training provided
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers quickly
- Flexibility as weekend work is required
