The Role
Salary: £40,000 Basic + competitive bonus
Location: Stockton
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 48 hours, 5 days, Monday to Sunday
Qualifications: Must hold a driving licence for more than a year. Infrequent travel to other Motorpoint locations may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily review of KPIs and action plans
- Daily team brief
- Customer record and sales lead management
- Second face customers – add value or resolve issues
- Weekly 1‑1s with team members
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on trends and identifying areas for improvement
- Weekly meetings with key stakeholders across the business
- Resource management and planning, including annual leave and rotas
- Team recognition
- Boosting your team's social media presence
- Developing and implementing longer‑term people and performance strategy
- Organising regular team socials
- Taking responsibility for the running of the store in the absence of the General Sales Manager
