Role: Sales Support

Salary: £13 per hour basic + bonus

Location: Manchester

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fantastic customer service over the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Manage administration tasks and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Use our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases.
  • Understand each customer’s needs and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints.
  • Work as part of a team to meet monthly customer service (NPS) targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence essential.
  • Experience delivering great customer service in any industry.
  • Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer‑focused attitude.
