The Role: Trainee Sales Executive
Salary: £14.25 per hour + monthly bonus
Location: Maidstone
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota – weekend working will be required
Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store
- Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
- Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience
- Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates
- Spot opportunities to upsell products and services
- Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques; the programme will typically run for twelve months and will be dictated by your progress and ability
- Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position
- A positive attitude and alignment with our values: Proud, Honest, Supportive, Happy and Together
