Salary: £14.25 per hour + monthly bonus

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store
- Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
- Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience
- Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates
- Spot opportunities to upsell products and services
- Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques; this will typically run for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed. The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability
- Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position

Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence (to drive both manual & automatic vehicles)
- Experience in a customer service role would be highly beneficial
- Drive to build a career with Motorpoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable using IT systems, including Outlook and Excel
- A team player who goes the extra mile for customers
