Responsibilities

  • Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
  • Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
  • Understanding each customer's needs when they arrive and ensuring a smooth handover to the right team member
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
  • Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month

Qualifications

  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • Experience of delivering great customer service, from any industry
