The Role:
- Salary: £13.50 per hour + Bonus
- Location: Peterborough
- Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends during peak periods.
Note: A full UK driving licence is required for the role.
Our Customer Service Supervisor maintains our strong reputation by ensuring customers leave our showrooms satisfied with their experience. This role supports a customer-centric journey and helps us stand out from other car dealerships.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overarching responsibility for the smooth running of the full vehicle handover process, including all paperwork, finance sign-ups and vehicle demonstration
- Delivering excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Resolving customer issues on a same-day basis
- Working as part of a team to meet monthly customer service (NPS) targets
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to streamline the customer journey
- Liaising with on-site departments to ensure same-day delivery where possible and managing expectations if delays occur

- A proven track record of strong customer service in a face-to-face environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing great customer service with solid organisational skills
- Ability to identify training needs and mentor/coaching others
