What will you be getting up to?

  • Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store
  • Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
  • Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience
  • Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates
  • Spot opportunities to upsell products and services
  • Complete the training program covering product knowledge and sales techniques; this typically runs for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own pace. The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability
  • Once you have successfully passed all training requirements, you will progress to a Sales Executive position
  • A positive attitude and alignment with our values: Proud, Honest, Supportive, Happy and Together

What do we need from you?

  • A full UK driving licence (to drive both manual & automatic vehicles)
  • Experience in a customer service role would be highly beneficial
  • Drive to build a career with Motorpoint
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems, including Outlook and Excel
  • A team player who goes the extra mile for customers
