We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new store in Leeds, our 22nd store across the UK and a major milestone in our continued growth journey. This is more than just a new location… it’s a chance to help shape something special from day one. To set our new team up for success, all new starters will receive full training at a nearby Motorpoint store, working closely with the local team to build skills, confidence and a real sense of connection before opening day.

The Role:
- Sales Support
- Salary: £12.25 per hour basic + Bonus
- Location: Leeds
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required.
What will you be getting up to?
- Delivering fantastic customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Managing administration tasks and resolving customer queries with efficiency
- Using our CRM system to track and resolve customer cases
- Understanding what each customer needs are when they arrive and ensure a smooth handover to the right team member
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve enquiries and complaints
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer service (NPS) targets are met every month
What do we need from you?
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- Experience of delivering great customer service, this can be from any industry
- Have strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- Confidence using systems and managing administration tasks
- Be enthusiastic, proactive and have a customer-focused attitude
