We are Motorpoint, the UK’s leading omnichannel car retailer of nearly new cars.
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Motorpoint, Unit 7, Prime Enterprise Park, Prime Park Way, Derby, DE1 3QB
Hours/shift pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 9-5pm
As a Customer Care team member, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and live webchat to support customers after they have purchased a car from any of our 20 stores. Your role involves resolving any issues and collecting feedback to continuously improve the customer experience. You will interact with colleagues from different departments and contribute to cross‑functional collaboration. You will spend the day communicating via phone and email, liaising with branches, making outbound calls, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring all customer interactions are logged compliant and updated throughout the resolution process. While call centre experience is preferred, all required training will be provided.
