The International Mobile Video Sales team is accountable for the sale of Mobile Video Solutions to Public Safety customers. The primary product within the portfolio includes Body Worn Cameras, In Car Video solutions and Licence Plate Recognition solutions.

This role is primarily remote with expected travel within the UK and international travel also expected. This role is responsible for the sale of mobile video solutions to public safety customers using consulting-led selling techniques. This is a customer facing role. The successful candidate will be in the frontline, working with customers and Motorola colleagues. The candidate will be a focal point in pursuing and closing profitable customer contracts.

Basic Requirements

This is a customer facing Sales role. It is expected that suitable candidates will have several years of relevant sales experience and a track record of pursuing and closing complex IT solutions. The following skills are considered essential:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience
  • Good working knowledge of the latest Video, IT and IP networking technologies
  • Good understanding of networking
  • Storage fundamentals (including Cloud)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly document complex technical solutions to customers
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong customer and client focus
  • Experience of the VMS marketplace, and in WiFi and Cloud hosting environments would be advantageous.
