The Manager Technical Training reports to the Director International Sales & Business Development. In this role you will be the catalyst for our technical sales excellence. You will master the technical intricacies of our MANET and MIMO technology and translate them into high‑impact, operational training programs. After onboarding, you will independently lead delivery of these trainings, ensuring the sales team not only hears facts but truly "takes them away" to win in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Delivery: Design, own and execute the Sales Onboarding & Enablement Program. Own full delivery of classroom and field‑based technical modules, explaining the "why" behind the technology to ensure new hires are customer‑ready.
  • Technical Training Leadership: Lead training sessions focusing on technical pillars such as MN‑MIMO theory, SpecDom and SDR hardware, ensuring the global sales force maintains technical excellence.
  • Continuous Learning: Develop and manage a recurring "Refresher & Advanced Skills" calendar to keep the team ahead on new features.
  • Product‑Sales Bridge: Develop "Sales Delta" training for new product launches, focusing on technical positioning, mission‑impact storytelling and competitive framing.
  • Proficiency Governance: Implement a structured feedback loop and skill‑level tracking system (Skill Matrix) to proactively identify and address technical gaps.
  • Content Creation: Maintain the Master Training Library and develop high‑impact training materials, including technical manuals, interactive presentation decks and modular e‑learning content.
  • Operational & Resource Orchestration: Orchestrate logistics and resources required for global training programs, including scheduling, hardware/radio allocation and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Field Mentoring: Coordinate the post‑onboarding phase and conduct "check‑rides" to ensure theory translates to field success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in telecommunications, advanced IP networking or tactical systems integration. 3+ years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Operations.
  • Exceptional communication: Translate complex engineering into actionable sales scenarios with high engagement.
  • Drive & energy: Initiative to drive projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hands‑on mentality: Willingness to master gear personally (demo, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Professional fluency in English (written & verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military technical background or experience as an instructor or technical specialist in tactical communications.
  • Strong technical understanding of tactical communications, MANET and C5ISR networks.

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel to conduct on‑site training, trade shows and support field demonstrations.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Home office environment with travel. Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs (23 kg) for demonstration purposes.
