Job Description
Due to increased workload for our team, we are looking to recruit an additional Technician level 3 for our Ford dealership based in Wantage.
We offer a very competitive rate of pay, a good bonus and a reward scheme; a salary of £30K – £40K depending on skill level, with commission package on top.
On-going Ford Academy training and MOT test qualification are also included. Flexible working hours would be considered.
Main responsibilities:
Be responsible for a high standard of maintenance, service, repair and warranty work on customer vehicles
Completing all work effectively, keeping to strict timeframes and standards
Logging detailed records of completed work and components used
Maintaining a clean and organised working area, ensuring yourself and all members of staff are safe from hazards and comply with health and safety requirements.
Ability to work efficiently with a team of colleagues
Strong customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate:
Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
MOT Tester
Strong technical knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
Can work in a fast paced environment, with a team and by yourself
Full driving license
