Restaurant Supervisor

Motorino is an exciting Italian restaurant in the heart of Fitzrovia, Central London, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. Supervising the FOH team during service and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Leading by example and delivering consistently warm, professional and attentive service. Ensuring high standards of guest experience, hospitality and service are maintained at all times. Supporting the management team with the opening and closing of the restaurant. Briefing and supporting the team before and during service. Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and confidence. Dealing with guest feedback and resolving any issues quickly and professionally. Supporting the management team with the smooth running of busy services. Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and compliance. Supporting stock control, cash handling and other operational procedures. Assisting with training and onboarding new team members. Creating a positive, professional and team-focused working environment. Taking responsibility for the restaurant when required and supporting the management team in achieving operational targets. Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, Team Leader or similar position. Experience working within a busy, service-focused restaurant. A genuine passion for hospitality, food and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication and leadership skills. The confidence to lead a team during busy services. A positive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail. The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. A natural ability to motivate, support and develop team members. Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and operational procedures. A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to progress within hospitality.
