We’re looking for an experienced .NET / Umbraco Developer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality web applications built on Umbraco CMS and .NET. The role focuses on back-end and integration work, creating reusable components, and ensuring performance, reliability, and clean code standards across our sites and systems.
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Hybrid – minimum 1 day per week in the office near Stratford-upon-Avon / Warwick

Key Responsibilities· Develop, maintain, and extend websites using Umbraco CMS (v13) and .NET/C#
· Build and enhance components, templates, and API integrations
· Collaborate with other developers to ensure smooth CMS and application integration
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
· Optimise site performance, security, and scalability
· Contribute to code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
· 2–3+ years of professional experience with Umbraco and .NET/C#
· Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end integration
· Experience working with Razor views, controllers, and Umbraco APIs
· Solid understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Collaborative and proactive working style
· Experience managing multiple environments and deployment workflows
· Understanding of cloud architecture and application monitoring in Azure
· Awareness of accessibility and SEO best practices (from a technical standpoint)
