Motorclean have an opportunity for a Self Employed Service Washer/ Pitch Cleaner to join our valeting team based on site at a busy car dealership in Newbury. Paid per unit - averaging £500+ per week.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 5:00 & Saturdays 8:00 - 12:30

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard
  • Pre-soak, wash, dry and polish/ wax exterior
  • Clean and vacuum interior including seats, windows, carpets, mats, dashboards
  • Dress tyres
  • Apply protective/ ceramic coatings to exterior and interior when required
  • Check vehicles for damage and report to Management
  • Maintain valeting tools
  • Handle chemicals according to Health and safety procedures
  • Keep valet areas clean and tidy at all times
  • Move vehicles safely on company grounds
  • Prioritise workload and communicate to relevant department

What we are looking for:

  • Responsible driver with full driving licence
  • Experience as a professional Service Washer
  • Reliable, consistent, and ready to work
  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Team player who communicates well, even under pressure
