Motorclean have an opportunity for a Self Employed Valeting Team Leader to join our valeting team based on site at a busy car dealership in Bury St Edmunds.
Paid per car - Potential earnings upwards of Β£2400 per month plus up to Β£200 bonus for Team Leader. Operating hours available between Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Organise the Team and site facilities
- Maintain the facilities and equipment
- Tidy Valeting bay
- Ensure vehicles are being moved safely
- Allocate jobs to the team
- Manage chemical use
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard
- Pre-soak, wash, dry and polish/wax exterior
- Clean and vacuum interior including seats, windows, carpets, mats, dashboards
- Dress tyres
- Check vehicles for damage and report to Management
- Handle chemicals according to Health and safety procedures
- Prioritise workload and communicate to relevant department
What we are looking for:
- Full driving licence
- Experience as a Professional Valeter
- Reliable and consistent
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
