Motorclean work in proud partnership with some of the UK's biggest car rental, car dealerships and auctions in the UK. We provide fully managed valeting solutions to our customers, delivering a top-class service to over 400 customer sites.
We are recruiting an experienced Area Account Manager to oversee one of our main rental accounts throughout Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
The Role:
- Oversee general operations at customer branches throughout Kent.
- Travel to customer branches on a regular basis to create strong relationships with customers including branch managers in your area, be visible and communicate regularly.
- Manage absences of employees or subcontractors on site, ensuring branches headcount is adequate.
- Provide training and induction resources and identify any training needs.
- Complete site audits to ensure the highest quality of work is being completed.
- Distribute sufficient PPE to employees and subcontractors working on site.
- Manage stock levels at each branch and identify any discrepancies.
- Business development, assisting with the growth and success of customer accounts.
- Responsible for managing new site launches.
Ideally you will have two years’ experience within a B2B automotive environment. You will be resourceful and proactive alongside being detail-oriented. Negotiation and presentation skills are essential and strong communication skills are essential.
