Motorclean work in proud partnership with some of the UK's biggest Car rental, Car Dealerships and Auctions in the UK. We provide fully managed valeting solutions to our customers, delivering a top class service to over 400 customer sites.
We are recruiting an experienced Area Account Manager to oversee one of our main rental accounts at sites across the South West.
The Role:
- Oversee general operations at customer branches throughout Kent
- Travel to Customer branches on a regular basis to create strong relationships with customers including branch managers in your area, be visible and communicate regularly
- Manage absences of Employees or Subcontractors on site, ensuring branches headcount is adequate
- Provide training and induction resources and identify any training needs
- Complete site audits to ensure the highest quality of work is being completed
- Distribute sufficient PPE to employees and Subcontractors working on site
- Manage stock levels at each branch and identify any discrepancies
- Business development, assisting with the growth and success of Customer Accounts
- Responsible for managing new site launches
Ideally you will have two years’ experience within a B2B automotive environment. You will be resourceful and proactive alongside being detail-oriented. Negotiation and presentation skills are essential and strong communication skills are essential.
