Motorclean is looking for a Mobile Smart Repair to join our team of Mobile SMART Repair Technicians.
You will be provided with a fully equipped company van and will travel to locations across your designated region, including but not limited to Yorkshire, Leeds, Wakefield and Stockton.
Earnings:
- Basic salary of 28k a year
- Pay per repair unit completed, with realistic earnings of up to £1,000 per week
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess damaged vehicles and determine the appropriate repair method.
- Carry out SMART repairs to the highest standard, including minor dents, scratches, scuffs, paint damage, bumpers, panels and alloy wheels.
- Complete paint preparation, colour matching, paint mixing and application, along with polishing, blending and finishing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle body repair and spray-painting techniques.
- Complete jobs accurately and promptly using the company portal.
- Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently, ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment, with good housekeeping and proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and place stock orders when required.
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers, delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Be flexible and willing to travel to and work at other SMART Repair sites when required.
Requirements:
- Strong proven experience in Smart Repair body repair and spray painting.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to this role.
- Ability to perform tasks safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well independently or within a team environment.
- Valid Full Driving Licence.
