Motorclean is looking for an experienced, hands-on Regional Support Manager to keep customer sites performing at their best - delivering quality vehicle repairs, supporting teams and building trusted client relationships across the region.
This role will be covering the North of England.
The role
Working across a network of dealership sites, you will provide expert operational cover wherever it is needed most.
You will combine high-quality SMART repair and painting with team coaching, site oversight and practical problem-solving.
Reporting to a Regional Manager or Director, you will be a visible role model who helps colleagues work safely, efficiently and to consistently high standards.
What you'll do
- Provide planned and short-notice cover at dealership sites, preparing and painting vehicles to the required quality standard.
- Coach operators in safe, efficient and productive SMART repair techniques.
- Build strong working relationships with dealership teams and represent Motorclean professionally.
- Manage workloads, allocate work and monitor productivity, escalating issues when needed.
- Check workshop conditions, equipment, PPE, vehicle status and compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Support Area Managers with staffing, audits, site visits, holiday cover and day-to-day problem-solving.
- Help launch new accounts by arranging MMS access, organising workloads and inducting operators.
- Complete reports, paperwork and fleet checks accurately and on time.

Working pattern
Site cover is typically 9.00 am-5.30 pm with travel outside these hours where required. Flexibility may be needed during peak periods.
