We are recruiting an experienced Area Account Manager to oversee one of our main rental accounts throughoutthe North of England.
The Role:
- Oversee general operations at customer branches throughout Kent
- Travel to Customer branches on a regular basis to create strong relationships with customers including branch managers in your area, be visable and communicate regularly
- Manage absenses of Employees or Subcontractors on site, ensuring branches headcount is adequate
- Provide training and induction resources and identify any training needs
- Complete site audits to ensure the highest quality of work is being completed
- Distribute sufficient PPE to employees and Subcontractors working on site
- Manage stock levels at each branch and identify any discrepancies
- Business development, assisting with the growth and success of Customer Accounts.
- Responsible for managing new site launches
Ideally you will have two years' experience within a B2B automotive environment. You will be resourceful and proactive alongside being detailed orientated. Negotiation and presentation skills are essential and strong communication skills are essential.
