At Motor Socials, we’re driving digital engagement for clients across the world of social media. We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on creative flair to amplify our brand across social channels. Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Motor Socials’ business goals for each client (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, lead generation).
  • Create, curate and manage all published content (text, images, video) across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
  • Lead the content calendar: plan, schedule and coordinate campaigns, posts and multimedia assets.
  • Analyse key metrics and performance data; report regularly and optimise strategies to improve reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (influencers, agencies) to ensure cohesive brand voice and maximise impact.
  • Keep abreast of current and emerging social media trends, tools, algorithms and best practices — test new channels and formats as appropriate.
  • Prospecting for new business across all sectors.
  • Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook).

Desirable skills

  • Experience working remote/hybrid, or managing remote content workflows.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic video editing skills.
  • Experience managing paid-social campaigns and budget allocation.
  • Ability to capture photography/video using smartphones and direct simple productions.

Full-time hours: 36.5 hours Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm; Fridays 9am-4pm.
