At Motor Socials, we’re driving digital engagement for clients across the world of social media. We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on creative flair to amplify our brand across social channels. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Motor Socials’ business goals for each client (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, lead generation).
- Create, curate and manage all published content (text, images, video) across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
- Lead the content calendar: plan, schedule and coordinate campaigns, posts and multimedia assets.
- Analyse key metrics and performance data; collaborate with internal teams and external partners (influencers, agencies) to ensure cohesive brand voice and maximise impact.
- Keep abreast of current and emerging social media trends, tools, algorithms and best practices — test new channels and formats as appropriate.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn to drive targeted reach, engagement and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally across multiple channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting and editing ability.
- Creative mindset able to generate fresh, engaging content tailored to platform and audience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to oversee multiple projects and deadlines.
- Data-savvy: comfortable working with analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, algorithms and advertising options.
- Experience working remote/hybrid, or managing remote content workflows.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic video editing skills.
- Ability to capture photography/video using smartphones and direct simple productions.
