Role Overview

As a Social Media Account Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s business goals, from brand awareness and engagement to lead generation and customer retention. You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, create and oversee all published content, and continuously optimise performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies aligned with client objectives (brand awareness, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Manage client relationships with professionalism and care — acting as the key point of contact, building trust, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (text, image, and video) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
  • Lead the content calendar – plan, schedule, and coordinate campaigns, posts, and multimedia assets in line with client marketing goals.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences in a proactive, brand-aligned way to nurture online communities and encourage meaningful interaction.
  • Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights to optimise campaigns and improve engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (influencers, agencies, and production crews) to ensure cohesive messaging and maximise reach.
  • Stay ahead of trends – monitor emerging tools, algorithms, and best practices, testing new formats and channels to keep clients at the forefront of social innovation.
  • Support business growth by prospecting and identifying new opportunities across the automotive and related sectors.
