The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
To assist the company with implementation and maintenance of documentation and processes, in respect to meeting our duties as an employer and service provider. This role is a support role requiring great organisation skills and competent use of most Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word & Excel at an intermediate level. Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualified (this could be attained as part of a development plan).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting Health and Safety requirements
- Administration of BS10125 (accident repair standards)
- Human Resource administration support
- Production administration support & reporting
TASKS:
- Personal competence training plans, reporting & documenting
- Equipment tools repair and maintenance scheduling documenting
- Materials and parts compliance auditing
- Working practice in workshops and offices building from maintaining process points
- Sub-contractor checks H&S compliance & risks
- First aid, fire, PPE, housekeeping
- Monitoring, records & resource support
- Deliver H&S inductions for new employees
