What You’ll Do

  • Prepare vehicles, mask, and paint to industry standards
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
  • Reduce waste and dispose of materials responsibly
  • Work efficiently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar role (ideally qualified)
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £18 per hour, plus bonus (OTE £50,000)
  • 42 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays (4 hours)
  • 20% bonus potential
  • Overtime opportunities
