Sales Executive - Join Our Expanding Team!
At Motor Range, we are the North West’s No.1 used car dealership, offering over 1,500 vehicles at unbeatable prices. As a family-run business, we’re looking for friendly, motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team to meet increasing customer demand.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales is preferred, but not essential—training will be provided
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in a target-driven environment
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Excellent customer-facing skills and a smart appearance
Key Responsibilities
- Convert pre-booked appointments and internet enquiries into vehicle sales
- Meet and greet new customers, assisting them in finding the perfect car
- Provide information on our stock, part-exchange options, finance, and additional products
- Keep customer and appointment details updated in our CRM system
- Deliver outstanding customer service from the initial meeting to after-sales support
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary plus uncapped commission
- OTE of £55,000-£65,000, with top performers earning over £80,000
- Allocated company car
- Industry-leading holiday allowance
Hours
- Full-time, permanent position
- Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 9am-8pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-6pm
- Shift pattern (9am-6pm or 11am-8pm) with 2 days off per week , and one weekend per month
